As we move through the summer, here are a few updates from our Charlotte location:
- We know that our customers value communication as much as we do. To improve our processes, we are updating our fax service to a cloud-based system. Among other benefits, this allows faxed messages to be preserved and accessible for processing even in the rare instance of power outage or system failure.
- Staying up to date on new medications and medication changes is just one way we provide optimal medication management. Effective August 2014, Forest Laboratories will discontinue Namenda (Memantine HCl) 5mg and 10mg. We would like to thank all of our primary and secondary providers for their cooperation in transitioning patients to Namenda XR. Please reach out to our team should you have any questions.
